This first stage is the start of something new. It determines whether or not a project will commence.

2. Planning

After the initiation process is finalized, the project is termed “achievable,” planning begins. The team plans the project by coordinating what is required, who handles what, and many other things.

The main aim of the planning stage is to get an estimate of the cost involved and the resources required.

After the project planning stage, the team goes ahead to check for risk, threats and possible solutions if any arises at this stage.

3. Execution

This stage involves major work. Weight lifting, heavy lifting, and more. This stage is divided into two processes: execution and monitoring.

When one team is carrying out work, another team is ensuring that work is carried out successfully.

The project manager checks the project and makes corrections when necessary.

4. Completion

As the process comes to an end, the management team conducts a report, calculates the cost involved, and gives information regarding unfinished work if there is any.
